Dr. David Weaver, DVM is an Austin native and attended Westwood High School in Round Rock.   He received his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 1995 from Texas A&M University.

Upon graduation, Dr. Weaver spent 2 years in the Texas Hill Country in Brady, and also spent time practicing in Dallas before returning to his home town area. He joined Dr. Sutton in private practice in Northwest Austin in 1999 and has been at Hometown Animal Care since its opening in 2006.

Dr. Weaver enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine including prevatative healthcare and internal medicine, and has a special interest in soft tissue and orthopedic surgery.
